      Pros

      This place employs truly amazing people, both experts in their fields and fun to work with. The management is very transparent and leads by example. The technology is super impressive and still blows me away sometimes. The politics on my end are virtually non-existent, the way is paved by what needs to be done and not by overblown egos (like some other places) Supervisors are very open to new ideas or criticisms, and not in the polite way - things actually change once they are brought up. Life/Work balance is very good and working on late hours is reserved only for super critical customer-related issues.

      Cons

      Not much, the organization is still finding it's correct structure which makes since for a company this size. Working with brilliant people is not always a simple task.

Happy to read that you are happy :-) Regarding your comment about the org structure - we are growing fast and the Management team is very focused on building a world-class unicorn company. Org structures that were good for the past will not necessarily be relevant for the future. Never the less, we will do our utmost to make sure that regardless of the structure, our winning and unique atmosphere will stay here :-)

      Pros

      Great company, outstanding product, great leadership, excellent culture and wonderful employees to work with. Each employee is truly valued as an essential part of the team. We are fortunate to be the best at what we do and it is overwhelmingly rewarding to continuously feel the love from senior leadership. We are one team with a common goal and everyone is eager to help one another reach and exceed expectations.

      Cons

      I honestly have none. We are growing in the the right direction and it's a honor and privilege to be apart of this winning, caring, and intelligent team. As we continue to grow, I am confident that the company will continue to invest in their employees and approach difficulties decisions with the utmost ethics.
