Cons
- Beware: when offered employment, there has been a policy instilled try to lock people in to a minimum 24 or 36 month contract to work, although it is a at-will employment company. They also added a policy where advancement on the company is contingent upon training that the employee will be responsible for if they do not stay at the company for 24 or 36 months and would be responsible to repay thousands of dollars for trainings. - Management does not care about the employees - Compensation does not match position, raises are non-existent, do not account for inflation. They also extend promotions without compensation - Communication is detrimental. Management has difficult communicating internally, decisions are made and staff is informed last minute, and people are constantly moved to different positions and expected to adjust with no help
