Pros
Leadership team in group and corporate business units are down to earth, friendly and engaged- very open to understanding employee needs. Employees in general are very nice /friendly. Atmosphere is great/ engaged employees! Many opportunities for stretch and growth if you take your own initiative. The leaders care and value career growth and development. They value people and it shows. The company has Operational Excellence and Change Management foundations embedded which is excellent!
Cons
Some processes/capabilities and technology may not be as advanced as employees would like. Company leaders are working on this but it could be a challenge for those coming in from bigger companies expecting more and faster. Resource capacity seems to be an issue during peak/busy season.
