Pros
Some of the techs are great. Got to know most of them on a personal level. Good bunch of guys. Bonuses are very nice. They are flexible with scheduling to a degree.
Cons
Core management is corrupt from the ownership all the way down to the department managers. HR manager gossips about your personal affairs to your manager. Managers act like they own you, and get upset when you tell them no. And they also will retaliate with crap jobs and routes. There’s always an affair with office employees amongst one another. There are some people who have come out openly stating that they hate all white people, and men in general. Office staff will make absurd claims and lie about it. Management will “investigate “ and sweep it under the rug because they protect themselves more than anybody else.
