I have been working at GuardRFID for more than 3 years. GuardRFID is a progressive and inclusive organization always looking for new ideas and seeking feedback from all levels of employees to improve the solutions it offers to the customers. I feel like a valued employee and part of a team. The company has a collaborative work environment. The best thing is to see friendly faces when you go to work every morning. If you are tired or stressed out, there is a wellness center to relax, or you can join the Ping Pong ladder!
Cons
Like with many organizations, changes take time to integrate, but every team member is willing to learn and explore new processes.
