      Good coworkers, pay is fair

      Cons

      Unorganized leadership, lack of communication and transparency. Absurd PTO policy that applies to retail department only which makes it impossible to use PTO for illness without being penalized. Terrible tech issues which never get resolved. No path to advance out of retail.

      Clean work environment, most co-workers are friendly.

      Cons

      Training, process, proceedures are extremely lacking, which shocked me for a bank. It is run like a club not a professional institution. Schedule is always an issue as customer service is a department of 10 (8 reps and 2 sups) and open Mon-Fri 10-7 and Sat 8-2. You will be required to work 1-2 Saturdays a month.
