Pros
The family truly cares about the customers, and the opinions of its employees. The company is small so you're more than just an employee--you have a name that is known by everyone in the MN corporate office!
Cons
There are some low tech things that are being addressed by the back office. They don't always have the best explanations for some of the unavailable funds fees they assess.
