Pros
There are no Pros to work at this company, unless you just need an employment to get you by.
Cons
There is a reason why the company goes through so much candy in the lobby. It is because of the unwelcoming personality that greets you at the door. And that is the beginning of the journey... While working there you feel like you are enclosed inside a submarine with lack of oxygen. Concepts of open space are not familiar to this company and it feels like everyone is trying to hide inside their offices with doors shut. Lack of space is something the owners have been aware of for a while, but unfortunately it is more important to them to stay close to home, than what the employees feel being stuck in this overpopulated box. Nepotism rules inside GTreasury. If you are not a family member or a friend of the family you will not be listened to. Communication is not promoted period. Top Management is never seen in the office and employees have no idea what they are doing, except for getting new titles and being admired by the owners of the company. There is no room for growth. No advancement. If there are issues with clients, documentation, anything at all, the employees are to blame, because management is "perfect". It is also mind boggling that all of the company is being told to use Linkedin to promote the company for their benefits. I am sorry, but that is just wrong. You supposedly have extraordinary marketing department. So do your job! HR does not exist, because it is run by the owners again, so any issues you have will have to be swallowed whole and maybe later discussed with your psychologist, because this place will get you there. I felt joy and wanted to yell out Freedom! when I stepped out of this hell hole for the very last time. Never again!!! I do feel bad for the compadres I left behind and wish those few brave people a healthy recovery, when they finally make the change.
