Pros

No pros, they will pay you whatever amount you ask for but only to search for your back up , as soon as they have your back up they will fire you.

Cons

highly unprofessional people , they constantly blame you for everything without any support. no support from high management and HR. They will do something else and tell you something else.

Whether you’re early in your career or pivoting midstream, this company hands you the reins. You’ll be challenged, supported, and pushed to level up every day. Leadership that gives a damn. It’s rare to find execs who care equally about people and product. Here, you’ll find both. The work is cutting-edge. If you want to be doing things that actually move the needle in AI, cybersecurity, and real-world problems, this is the place. No fluff—just high-impact, meaningful projects. Fast-moving and mission-driven. It’s energizing to work somewhere where everyone is pulling in the same direction with purpose and urgency.

Cons

Things move fast. Like any startup in growth mode, not everything is figured out yet—processes, tools, org structure. If you need a well-oiled machine, you’ll struggle. Too many priorities, not enough focus. We’re ambitious (which is great), but that can sometimes mean trying to do everything at once without clear prioritization. The intent is good, but we’d benefit from narrowing our focus. Structure still catching up to scale. As we bring in more talent, we need better clarity around roles, reporting lines, and ownership. Growing pains, but fixable.
