Lower and Upper Management Disconnect - Account Executive II Grubhub Employee Review

- Huge disconnect between the people I work with daily and top management - While my immediate team is very smart and supportive (and totally underappreciated)... the exact opposite is true of the top decision makers - I have NEVER felt like the larger organization cared about me at all... I'm a number, a chess piece - The rules and commission structure change weekly with no explanation as to why - Decisions have been made about my fate without any input from my immediate managers (the people I work with day in and day out)
