The firm has provided me with the tools, training and knowledge to further my CPA career. All of the partners, especially the managing partner, are happy to sit with you and explain in detail new topics or matters you are uncertain of to help you grow as a professional. You are given tasks that are challenging, yet manageable to continually build your skill sets. It is exciting to be asked to directly interact with larger clients or take on more complicated tasks especially since you have the full support and backing of the managing partner and the rest of the firm’s partners. The managing partner, and the firm as a whole, is very cognizant of the work/life balance which makes for a terrific work environment. To have the flexibility allowed by the managing partner when unseen life occurrences arise is a comforting feeling. As a growing firm, the forward thinking delivers an energy that breeds success. The continuous and honest feedback you receive from the managing partner, as well as the other partners, is monumental in your development and guides you in taking the next step in your career. Lastly, being located directly next to Penn Station makes commuting a breeze.
