Pros

Good Exposure for freshers, There is a water cooler(if that counts as pros), There are 7+ camera inside 1500sq ft space so you are quite safe, School like atmosphere, a Teacher(in this case PM) will always monitor you ensuring you complete your work on time,

Cons

No Cons , just your PPO is dependent on the revenue of the company, which is fair.

Pros

1. People here are actually nice and helpful. Like, most of them will genuinely try to help you out if you’re stuck. 2. No one is really “toxic” as such—everyone’s just kinda fed up with upper management lol, so don’t take things personally (learned this the hard way). 3. You get to talk directly with clients, really good exposure, helps you learn a lot of skills by that alone. 4. You’ll end up working across different business domains, so you learn a lot about how different industries work. 5. If you’re consistent and actually put in the effort, the work is manageable. Not super chill, but not impossible either.

Cons

1. This place honestly feels like what happens when there’s a lack of strong senior leadership or experienced people to guide things properly. The foundation had potential, but the execution falls short. 2. It often feels like the primary focus is simply getting work done through interns while keeping costs low. Employee growth and long-term career development don’t seem to be a real priority. 3. The PPO process is extremely disappointing. I’ve seen people work tirelessly across multiple projects, only to be rejected later with reasons like “there are no projects available right now.” That reflects poor planning, and unfortunately, employees end up paying the price for it. 4. Interns are usually kept on internship plus probation for nearly six months, and when PPO discussions finally happen, the response is often “we haven’t observed you enough yet.” This then leads to another internship extension of around three months with a minimal stipend. It honestly feels like a way to delay full-time hiring and reduce costs. 5. Recognition is almost non-existent. Many people have delivered excellent work and even received appreciation directly from clients, yet management rarely acknowledges or communicates that internally. Genuine appreciation and motivation are lacking, and when praise does come, it often feels superficial. 6. The hiring approach seems to be: recruit a large number of freshers, extract as much work as possible, and later filter most of them out. There’s also no clear or transparent performance evaluation system, so decisions often feel arbitrary. 7. Visibility matters more than actual work here. Someone quietly doing consistently good work may go unnoticed, while people who socialize with the “right” individuals often appear to receive more favorable treatment, even if their work is not up to the mark. 8. Official working hours may be eight hours, but employees are subtly judged for leaving on time. Comments like “time hota nahi hai aur ye chala jaata hai” create an unhealthy work environment and unnecessary guilt around maintaining work-life balance. 9. Employees are often judged very harshly, and assumptions are made without proper communication. Instead of discussing concerns directly with the person involved, management tends to form conclusions on their own. 10. Decision-making feels extremely inconsistent. For example, someone may be told they are being fired, only for the decision to suddenly change later, almost expecting gratitude in return. Such situations create confusion and insecurity among employees. 11. Important decisions affecting employees are sometimes made without even informing them properly, which reflects a serious lack of transparency and professionalism.

Pros

No pros . Some teammates are good.

Cons

You will work on no code automation platform and build a app with vibe coding. No person to guide. Work pressure. You will be blame for everything goes wrong. No actual experienced person to guide. No actual experience that count working in no code automation platform.
