Great workplace! - Accounting Intern GrowthLab Employee Review

I've worked at GrowthLab for years and what I value to much about this company is the flexibility, the room for growth, and the amazing work-life balance.

It is a small business so some of the benefits such as 401k match aren't as high as if you were at a big company. But they make up for it in other ways!

Of all the companies I've worked for up to this point in my life, this one has the greatest amount of flexibility, allowing me to work at a level I don't think I would have otherwise been able to work at as a parent with young kids.

Not so much a con as something to be aware of- as a small company, those in leadership wear more than one hat. And work-life balance doesn't mean 40 hours per week. It's about having the flexibility to get things done without having a strict schedule day in and day out. If you are looking for a place where work-life balance means 40 hours or less, that isn't what it means here.
