Pros
There was no issue with the work itself, but the leaders at Growth99 have massive egos. I would even say they are illiterate leaders.
Cons
Growth99 is a US-based company, but all technical operations are executed from India. When I joined the company, everything was running smoothly, but I was being approached for tasks beyond my assigned responsibilities, leading to an increased workload. After three months, I spoke with the HR team and informed them that I was managing much more than my assigned tasks, and my current salary did not justify the effort I was putting in for the company. I suggested they reconsider my salary to reflect my contribution appropriately. The HR team told me they would discuss it with the senior leaders and get back to me. However, after a month of no response, I followed up with the HR team and my leaders for an update. Instead of receiving a response, all my access was revoked, and I was blocked that very day. This is how Growth99, a US-based company, treats its employees. I even wrote an email to Cameron, the CEO of Growth99, explaining the entire incident. Rather than taking action against such leaders, the CEO didn’t even consider responding to my email. Perhaps, by bringing up my efforts, I hurt the egos of Growth99's leaders. Instead of recognizing my hard work, they chose to block my access, giving more importance to their egos. Therefore, anyone joining Growth99 should be mindful that if you ever bring up your growth or discuss your efforts, the same thing might happen to you as it did to me. Even if you write to the CEO or anyone else, employees have no value in their eyes, and the leaders, who act with such arrogance, are treated like they are above all.
