With so many sketchy work from home jobs, this is the REAL deal! A true paycheck by direct deposit every week. Great team members. Flexible hours are great! This is a true team! From management to the bottom, everyone is great. They make working remotely a breeze! I could not have asked for a better job. It's basically like a family. They are understanding and compassionate. Always there to help and answer questions. They tell you when you're doing a good job, and give great positive criticism when you need to work on something.

I have not found any cons for me personally.

I am a recent employee at Gro 365 and I absolutely love it! My Manager and Trainer are always there and more than willing to assist me without giving me any impression that I'm being a bother or that I'm not performing my job well. That in itself speaks VOLUMES! I love what I do, the flexibility, the Monday - Thursday work week, paid holidays and birthdays off, the compensation and incentive programs, are all great! I'm hoping to be here for as long as they'll have me.

No benefits and not having the option to work more hours for those who'd like to.
