This is a virtual company made up of moms so we all work from home. The job works perfectly with my busy family and schedule.

There are few full-time positions in this company and no medical benefits but the pay is good.

I am a recent employee at Gro 365 and I absolutely love it! My Manager and Trainer are always there and more than willing to assist me without giving me any impression that I'm being a bother or that I'm not performing my job well. That in itself speaks VOLUMES! I love what I do, the flexibility, the Monday - Thursday work week, paid holidays and birthdays off, the compensation and incentive programs, are all great! I'm hoping to be here for as long as they'll have me.

No benefits and not having the option to work more hours for those who'd like to.
