New Team Manager and Account Manager, Deliver Head and the employee are really supportive.( Friendly Environment on Floor )
Cons
1. HR Admins are really worst - not Co-operative, Lack of Knowledge, Inactive and Dull 2. Higher Management are not stable, changing the company policies on monthly basis without any pre-awareness. 3. Infrastructure is like small BPO Office - No cleanness, No pest-control, Equipment like AC, Desktop, Landline is not upto the mark. } 4. Worst Canteen I've seen yet. Trust me, small hotels are better than this canteen. You can see the cockroaches and rats in canteen's kitchen. 5. Without Intimating, they fire the employee who have higher salary, once they got the replacement. 6. Security are like boss here, Please teach them to be polite with employees 7. No fun activities on floor. Please don't look other glassdoor reviews, this reviews is updated by their own admin team to balance the ratio on social sites.
