      The team on boarding team was great. My team as a Merchant Rep was supportive and helped each other.

      Cons

      Unfortunately the company's sales strategy and tactics changed once the company was purchased. However this is still a great opportunity depending on what you are looking for a Merchant Rep.

      Gaining experience targeting multiple industries

      Cons

      Management doesn’t care about you. Unrealistic goals. Everyone at 30-40% of quota. Complicated quota attainment system. Your job is to ask for 70% of margins for small businesses that have only 10-15% margin budgets
