      Nobody will hear what you have to say No skip level meetings Targets will increase as per their will Warnings will be given for every small mistake which will lead to direct termination No respect to CSR employees

      Management doesn’t care about you. Unrealistic goals. Everyone at 30-40% of quota. Complicated quota attainment system. Your job is to ask for 70% of margins for small businesses that have only 10-15% margin budgets
