Pros
They recognize and reward talent. If you can get the job done, whether it is selling, managing people, or creating a new product, it gets recognized and you are top of mind when big roles open up or get created. The atmosphere is casual and fun but direct. Most people are no BS.
Cons
Constant change. It still moves at the pace of a startup so you have to be ready to be flexible and adaptable. You can't wait for perfection before acting. Now that the company is bigger, this can mean that it is harder to change, but there is always a way to get it done...the burden is on you to be creative. There is not much formal training beyond job basics. You have to be resourceful and a good self manager in every role here. And you can't have thin skin. If you're not cutting it, be prepared to hear about it. You'll have a chance to get back on track and some support, but you have to get past any anxiety and just show results.
