Pros

The genuine people on your own level (non Management), who are really very nice bunch. Very knowledgeable

Cons

Long hours, will expect you to daily forgo your lunch, stay late, come in early for no additional numeration. Average salary Senior Mangers that bully. Will move you to a different position without your agreement, then give you ultimatums, of move, or lose your job. No training offered, although they mention it in their interview. Have to teach yourself everything with no support. Will berate and threaten you with dismissal if you make a mistake, although you have not been trained. Senior Managers who have no conception of what their staff do. Only interested in making money, so they can have a larger bonus.

Cons

The workplace culture has deteriorated significantly over the past few years. What was once an organization employees were proud to be part of has become an environment where morale is consistently low and many employees feel disengaged and dissatisfied. The changes in leadership and culture have had a noticeable negative impact on the overall employee experience. Based on my experience, I would encourage prospective employees to avoid at all cost.
