Pros

Free water and coffee daily and free lunch on Saturday.

Cons

It's the car business... No work life balance...be prepared to disappoint your family, lies to get you in the door, bait snd switch on job you applied for, high sales volume means low commissions, company makes profit while you make minimum wage, leads are not distributed evenly or at all, keeps a lot of salesman in order to keep salesmsn from hitting bonuses on their pyramid bonus structure, low traffic on the lot is a "you" problem not a product or marketing problem, favoritism, poor training, high turnover ,there are too many to list.

Pros

They offer employee stock benefits.

Cons

The workplace culture has deteriorated significantly over the past few years. What was once an organization employees were proud to be part of has become an environment where morale is consistently low and many employees feel disengaged and dissatisfied. The changes in leadership and culture have had a noticeable negative impact on the overall employee experience. Based on my experience, I would encourage prospective employees to avoid at all cost.
