Don’t care about your family Can’t keep good employees Don’t keep good on promises made upon hire Don’t give raises that were due Owners micromanage way too much, even about stuff they know nothing about You’re expected to cover bad employees poor time management and when you don’t you’re reprimanded Don’t see potential in any current employees, would rather hire poor management…no room for advancement Poor wages
