      None. It's just an another normal company in Taipei.

      Cons

      Managements were sucks. There is only a few benefits, but they believed that they are a "幸福企業" or at least over high standard.

      Pros

      - Great product. The engineers and researchers are top-class. - Good vision. It took many years to realize and educate the market but is worth it. - Corporate hierarchy kept at a reasonable minimum; friendly team. - Great flexibility in role; learned a lot from this experience.

      Cons

      Engineering-oriented strategy, which is sometimes too conservative for marketing purpose. Competitors have weaker products but bolder marketing. The best product isn't necessary the best seller.
