      Team members and management at my facility are great. When hours are available, it's a fantastic and rewarding job.

      Low pay, no hours, upper/senior management doesn't care about us, can't leave for lunch but won't provide vending,

      There are some great people that work in the trenches. If you want to learn to do some new things you have an opportunity.

      Lack of leadership support. Please don’t have an opinion that goes against the grain, unprofessional behaviors are tolerated from leaders, racism, sexism and HR is aware.
