Cons
Low pay for the many hats you have to wear (trainer, IT at times and customer service rep), only $0.11 per mile of mileage reimbursement, a lot of driving (can stretch from Longmont to Fountain), rules for trainers seem to change a lot, no mileage reimbursement for driving to the office, went 2 months without receiving mileage reimbursement because the accountant made a mistake and overpaid for mileage so instead of owning that mistake they made us pay it back and didn't receive any mileage, no commission while making sales in the office, high turnover rate for trainers, can be sent anywhere in Colorado even if it's not the area you were hired to cover, sometimes schedule of driving doesn't allow time to stop and use restroom or get food and was told not to ask a customer to use their restroom.
