      Pros

      Incubated at IIM, Ahmedabad so there is a ton of networking opportunities. Founders work with interns on a personal level. Can have direct impact on product. Flexible work hours and have creative freedom to do things.

      Cons

      Gridle is a small company and hence it has an uncertain future. Gridle is competing in a very crowded market and faces competition from Silicon Valley big players.
