Pros
Pay is good after a few years of experience, company truck. Easy job if you have a lot of experience & don’t require much training or help ever.
Cons
6 days a week, 10-12 hour days year round, incompetent management, promotions based on favoritism alone. If you ask for help ever the supervisors won’t answer their phones or they’re in a meeting 90 percent of the time.
