Pros
Coworkers are fun. Boss is amazing to work for. Very flexible within reason. Pay has been getting higher and higher. Nice company trucks. Gas card.
Cons
Lots of hours. Stressful job. Only Sundays off. Very intense go go go all the time. High risk. Takes months to learn and get comfortable knowing what you are doing. Not a lot of room to move up.
