      I have been working here for over a year and it has been a positive experience overall. The work culture is friendly and most colleagues are cooperative and ready to help.       Cons

      Some processes are still not well structured and decision making can be slow at times. Growth path is not always clear and depends a lot on the project you are in. Communication between departments could be better.
