Pros
Co-workers respect each other for the most part.
Cons
Point system is a waste. Management does not care about employees (outside) lives. Actual raises haven't been given out in years. Raise requirements are too extreme. Next to impossible to achieve. 1 point in quality or attendance will result in no raise. Therefore, everyone will receive a point for one thing or another. No matter how small the infraction. Bogus 3% cost of living raises happen once a year.Even when costs of living have double and tripled over the raises. Company reported record profits last fiscal year and refuses to reward the people that helped get those profits. Paid timed off can be used, but only with penalties. You'll get 1 point for each of the first 2 consecutive days of any days off. Even days requested at least 2 weeks in advance. Promotions or advancements are given by seniority only. Not job performance. Resulting in management that cares more about their own jobs (and bonuses), than the jobs of their employees. Advanced training is decided on by over educated lower management that seems to hold a bias against lesser employees.
