      Pros

      Nice vacation and benefits package. Many of my co-workers are hard workers that are willing to put in the hours to do the right thing for the company. Commute to work is opposite of rush hour traffic for most employees which makes work life balance less stressful.

      Cons

      Negative environment where bad behavior is frequently rewarded. Much inconsistency between departments as to expectations of professionalism, workload, hours, etc. Some of the company's key decision makers do not know enough about a situation to make good decisions. Lack of transparency.

      Pros

      I really appreciated the employee stock purchase program. The team was also very nice.

      Cons

      401k employer match does not vest unless you work there for 5 years.
