Pros

Fun office with small team of positive employees who do good work with little guidance. Hosted Friday happy hour, kindle for all employees, bus pass, health insurance. It's a newer industry so employees are paving the way. Cool office, dog friendly, not a deadline-heavy industry, so low stress level at the office.

Cons

Lack of leadership, no upward mobility. Strict 40 hour-a-week policy. Unwillingness from leadership to expand benefits. High turnover.

Pros

A great place for motivated, intelligent, self-starters. With an open office and a small team, being an extrovert with a positive attitude and strong communication skills will go a long way. - Be able to see your ideas and improvements implemented and make a direct impact on the success of the company - Product and marketing decisions made based on customer feedback and statistical analysis instead of political or hierarchical BS - Management is receptive to feedback and new ideas - recommended that employees maintain constructive communication - A wonderful team made up of experts ranging from customer service to sales to design. There is a wealth of knowledge for anyone who wants to learn here. Also, lots of fun to be had. - Self-expression, brainstorming, and idea-sharing is encouraged. No stuffy office culture to try to fit into.

Cons

No cons to speak of. Management is receptive to change and constructive criticism - all issues I've ever had have been addressed.

Pros

Fun environment, great office space, happy hour every Friday. The people who work here are very friendly, however turnover is high. The location is nice and in downtown Seattle near public transportation.

Cons

There is zero room for growth, the CEO has no strategy or vision for company growth. Every position is a dead end job. There is a lot of passive aggressive communication. There is also no training, you are expected to pick up the software within days of starting. CEO has never had management training nor has anyone in the company.
