7yFirst of all we want to thank you for your feedback. It is obvious that there must have been major problems during your time at Greentube and we want to truly apologize for your negative experience with us.
As we are a fast growing company we are in the lucky position to offer a lot of career opportunities - this also leads to new people manager who all need intense training and support in the beginning of their leadership career.
As a consequence we have developed a leadership development program in 2017 which we implemented successfully in 2017/2018. After evaluation and feedback we are
currently re-working this concept and are confident to prepare our new people manager even better for their new challenge in 2019.
It's a pity that you have left the company with that anger and frustration in your mind and we would love to talk with you in more detail about what has happened.
