Good Idea, bad implementation. Open to work in new technologies but you have to manage your timeline with very few resources. They are trying to compete with salesforce with 3 developers and very less time. Is it a joke? Yes!

1. No Strategy 2. Very bad and inexperienced manager who don't know anything but tell you what to do. 3. Tester is a joke(some personality issue for 6 months I was thinking that I am mad even went to a psychologist). 4. Because developers are less so you have to manage the delivery time line. 5. Tester don't understand that if somebody work more there will be more bug. He is inexperienced. 6. Company will play with your salary if you take leave there will be hourly basis calculation. I even didn't understand the calculation so let it go.

Company having good and large scale project. Will have great opportunity to learn and contribute, strong hold with government project. Top management is good and very open, Trust employee.

no perks. Need more focus on employee engagement.
