      Working with motivated colleagues for honorable causes. Exciting projects with visible results, an example of an NGO with real power to change the world.

      Cons

      Working environment. Seems many of them have lost faith on humanity. Workaholic culture. Poor communication between different offices. Lack of respecto among different departments.

      Pros

      It was wonderful! The people were friendly and open-minded. I enjoyed going to different places like Buffalo, NY and Ithaca, NY. I loved being able to do my small part to make a difference on this planet. I'm passionate about the environment.

      Cons

      Not paid enough, and I didn't get to acquire any computer skills.
