      Pros

      People and mission is great, people are incredibly friendly and truly care. Including the managers. You get great training and are taught how to effectively build membership and the non-profit is doing great things.

      Cons

      Quota. Even though you might have incredible conversations, you are expected to meet a quota number.

      Pros

      It was wonderful! The people were friendly and open-minded. I enjoyed going to different places like Buffalo, NY and Ithaca, NY. I loved being able to do my small part to make a difference on this planet. I'm passionate about the environment.

      Cons

      Not paid enough, and I didn't get to acquire any computer skills.
