The insurance sucks $6000.00 deductable per person.

I appreciate you taking the time to write a review, however; we do not have a $6,000 deductible per person, rather $3,000 for the entire family. I have found our health insurance to be very competitive in the area. We also have the added benefit of our onsite medical clinic which now includes a pharmacy for our employees to conveniently use with less of a cost to them. Benefits aren’t bad and some of the people can be pleasant.

Cons

If you are outside production, then never expect a raise of more than 3-5% annually, but they expect you to do the job of 4 people.
