Pros
They struggle BADLY in some areas to recruit competent people because human resources handicaps management by micromanaging the entire recruiting process. This means if you are truly competent then you have leverage to negotiate salary when you join so use it or lose it!
Cons
Management in some support functions are NOT the best. If you find yourself in an interview and get a bad feeling then trust it and if you join get used to it. 401k match is low. The oldtimers get a pension to supplement, you don't! Health benefits are expensive. The company is underperforming so plan on getting about half your bonus until that changes.
