Some of the best people I have ever work with are at GreenState. The leadership cares about your growth and as long as you are successful in your role, they will do whatever it takes to see you succeed.

Cons

Efficiency is key and they do run lean. If you are not used to a fast paced environment and like to have slow seasons where you can coast, this is not the place for you.

They pay well and the benefits of insurance are good

Cons

They lie. They say you can do overtime in the posting you can’t. No one ever talks bad about the company it’s really weird. Their system is terrible you have to type ck on the keyboard to accept a check. Mouses exist ya know. No I am not good in the finance world but this place is awful. Also don’t believe their flexible time off even if they let you take a day they’ll make you feel bad for it there was one woman who had surgery it went bad and had to take two weeks off and only got paid for one what the hell? Pay for the next one . They have you work 6 days a week but less than 40 hours. Don’t do it.
