Only good pay and benefits

Cons

Business model doesn’t make sense. Lots of training but none that actually prepare you for the questions you will deal with. Job itself was stressful, every aspect of your calls are monitored like a factory production line. They want excellent best in class customer service but you better do it as quick as possible and like a robot.

It does take some time to learn the ins and outs of this role. While we have an intensive initial training period, we recognize that there are also elements that are learned through experience. We encourage any member of our team who feels there is a gap in training or knowledge to provide feedback and suggestions. We realize that answering questions related to health and money can be stressful at times. After a stressful call, we do encourage our agents to take the time needed to re-center.
