      Pros

      Co workers are nice, more PTO than most jobs, you get your own workspace, in house cafe. Decent job for a short period of time.

      Cons

      Evaluation metrics are too complicated and unrealistic, too many supervisors, not much room for advancement after becoming a counselor, stressful and repetitive. Work schedule is not your typical 9-5 due to call center environment.

      Pros

      Remote positions at times, friendly people, opportunity for growth if right relationships are built

      Cons

      They have done away with DEI, having more people return to the office even when performance isn’t impacted, and spending money on technology that is taking way too long to complete and draining the company. Many positions have employees taking a break when it is told to them, not employees choice. There is no time to personal development as this has also been removed.
