Pros

- Great Benefits, generous PTO - Fulfilling work, helping distressed clients in difficult situations - Pay is fair in comparison to competitors Greenpath has changed leadership and has even switched their CEO and has very qualified staff.

Cons

Employees have taken pay cuts in the past, and has had a turbulent change in CFO, CEO, and even IT staffing. Change without sufficient training is common, and favoritism is obvious. One employee dog sits for Senior manager and gets favorable treatment. Other employees are terminated with no regard to seniority or quit because they know there is little to no advancement. The company adjusts by constantly hiring new people at lower salaries with a year contract that may cause them to pay back some pay if they do not last a year. Lack of diversity within senior management and little to no support from management during on boarding. Company has done little to rectify this issue.

Pros

Remote positions at times, friendly people, opportunity for growth if right relationships are built

Cons

They have done away with DEI, having more people return to the office even when performance isn’t impacted, and spending money on technology that is taking way too long to complete and draining the company. Many positions have employees taking a break when it is told to them, not employees choice. There is no time to personal development as this has also been removed.
