Work from home policy was flexible. Work from home policy was a part of the schedule and one day a week the team would work from home.
Cons
The team was small and required the ability to prioritize specific customers due to critical emergency systems. Most times things are fast-paced and require some planning and coordination with clients to ensure tickets are closed within a reasonable time.
