Pros

I had an incredible journey with Green Key Resources, where I spent just under 3.5 years. My time there was truly unforgettable, and I will always cherish the memories and experiences I gained. If Green Key had a recruitment operations function that allowed me to focus on my true passion—building, fine-tuning, and deploying artificial intelligence and automation solutions at a company-wide level, or directly influencing the direction of technological solutions from a front office point of view—I would have undoubtedly remained with the company. Leaving such a fulfilling job was not an easy decision. I believe Green Key is an exceptional place to work as a recruiter for several reasons: -Strong company name recognition in the industry -No limitations based on location or vertical, allowing for diverse opportunities -Long-standing relationships with several large accounts -MSAs in place with nearly every company in the pharmaceutical industry -Unparalleled commission rates, starting at 45% for entry-level and reaching up to 60% -Consistent commission rates, regardless of the number of deals made in a quarter (e.g., if your rate is 52%, it remains 52% throughout) -Commission paid on a monthly basis, providing regular financial rewards -A primarily remote work environment, with the flexibility to choose when to go into the office -An incredible team of colleagues who have become lifelong friends -The autonomy to perform your job in your own way, as long as you consistently bring in revenue -The ability to work on any job within your vertical, whether it is contract or permanent -Exceptional leadership on the life science team (special thanks to Cheryl and Matt, the best bosses I've ever had) -An extensive database with years' worth of candidate information from past work with Green Key, potentially surpassing the databases of competitors like Aerotek or Robert Half (although it can be challenging to find specific candidates)

Cons

- Custom Salesforce environment that lacks essential features like Einstein AI Solutions - ATS and Outlook not integrated with LinkedIn or LinkedIn Recruiter, requiring significant time spent manually logging data between platforms and preventing candidates from directly booking calendar slots via LinkedIn Recruiter messages - Shared ZoomInfo accounts disrupt workflows - Microsoft Copilot functionality severely limited due to restrictive security settings

Pros

Remote work. The 3 founding partners are great guys.

Cons

I can only speak for the back-office teams, but I strongly would advise against joining them. The CTO/CIO is hotheaded and very manipulative. You're expected to read his mind, and when you don’t, you're made to feel stupid and incompetent. Priorities shift frequently, usually without clear communication, which makes it difficult to meet expectations. Work that seemed urgent one day may suddenly be deprioritized the next, and you'll be criticized for not anticipating changes and for not completing projects that were put on hold. You will also be put on tasks that are way outside your job description. Many reviews on here note the CTO's behavior and how he is clearly the reason the company can't progress, and yet not only do they ignore these comments, they continue to promote him. He is wildly immature, refuses to take anyone else's opinions into consideration, almost never shows up to meetings, and constantly has an attitude. Attempts to raise concerns about this were often dismissed. HR uses their best jargon to make excuses, and they also delete negative reviews (they will try to deny this, but I literally watched them do it). Additionally, they'll expect you to wrap up major projects or even train replacements after being fired, with minimal severance and timing that is blatantly to avoid bonus payouts. Turnover in general is horrible, people willingly leave or are let go on a daily basis.
