Cons do not come to mind; this is a great company!

Coming from a similar director level job at a similar size company, I have been blown away at the culture in this company. It is a absolute true team effort. Everybody has fun, works extremely hard, there is little to no top down mircro-management, and a well-balanced company. Example, number one of the company's five core values is "Life Comes First - Make sure our team doesn't miss out on life's most important moments"... ie, Family and Life outside of work. However, there is nothing lazy or relaxed about this company. Highly driven, energetic, hard-working, very little procrastination, and an overall effort to make sure our customers are blown away with our service. Employees at every level are empowered and all ideas are considered. I would highly recommend this company to anybody that is hungry and humble. However, if you are looking for a slow paced, quiet, clock punching job, you will NOT find that here
