Pros
This is a company with extensive resources, collaborating with numerous large enterprises and even city halls. Consequently, during peak seasons, employees have access to a wide range of shifts and flexible work opportunities
Cons
Working as a server here means earning the minimum wage, and sometimes you work until midnight without transportation allowance. Some managers are great, but others just bark orders without giving clear instructions. While the staff seems diverse, cliques are rampant, so you need nerves of steel to work here. Break times are never guaranteed, you only get a break once most tasks are completed. Employee meals aren't free either (sometimes you're charged even for eating leftovers from customers' plates). Many absurd details only become apparent once you're working there. Ultimately, for those with no other job prospects, it's a decent opportunity. But it's definitely not a job that benefits your physical or mental health, let alone your finances, just a side gig that helps you scrape by
