      Most of the corporate leadership is approachable and genuinely caring The company values are more than just words Small, privately held company, so lots of opportunities to wear different hats All corporate employees are eligible for the company incentive plan Fiscally conservative approach has kept the organization on a steady (but slow) upward trajectory

      Cons

      Small organization means plenty of work to develop and grow your professional skills, but few true opportunities for advancement Lots of work and high expectations with lean teams Health insurance benefits are only so-so

      Pros

      Great co-workers, good tips, generally busy, clientele overall friendly, management is super cool and will try to be as flexible as possible with your schedule.

      Cons

      Working evenings and weekends, but that is salon life.

      Flexible schedules, 401k, health, & dental benefits, bonuses (based on salon performance, base wage with poetional to hit commission on service & product sales, fun friendly & welcoming environment for employees/customers, continuing education for growth in the industry, professional career growth with Great Clips (depending upon your franchise)

      Cons

      Haircutting exclusive so if you enjoy other services in the industry (chemicals, waxing, updo styling) this is not the place Franchised salons, so salons are ran differently.
