      Pros

      Great place to make some money $$$. They offer hourly plus commission and product bonus! Guaranteed clientele which means money $$$. They are always offering educational classes from technical skills to product knowledge training and a lot more!

      Cons

      It's very busy which is good but sometimes learning when to call it a day and go home....even if there is customers waiting. We want to stay and do more.

      Flexible schedules, 401k, health, & dental benefits, bonuses (based on salon performance, base wage with poetional to hit commission on service & product sales, fun friendly & welcoming environment for employees/customers, continuing education for growth in the industry, professional career growth with Great Clips (depending upon your franchise)

      Cons

      Haircutting exclusive so if you enjoy other services in the industry (chemicals, waxing, updo styling) this is not the place Franchised salons, so salons are ran differently.
