You get no more than a 30 minute break otherwise you will be written up even if your working a 10 hour shift! If your full time like I was they’ll schedule you for 10 hour days where you’re on your feet the whole day and it’s very repetitive doing haircut after haircut. They look at your haircut times, in between customer time, and your repeat customer percentage which is extremely hard to keep up with when they expect 12-17 minute haircuts which is not enough time when your doing women’s hair. The online checkin system is too hard for 50% of clients to do and you’ll get at least 5 complaints a day about the wait time. Customers can be very rude about how they don’t use the online check in or say they checked in hours ago and still aren’t up next. There never fails to be confusion with the app about how to request someone, this company purposely makes it hard for you to build up your clients since you can’t request any stylist on the app or see when they’re working. Stylists don’t have a set schedule so we are told to tell the client to call the store to see when we work next, the phone is always ringing and no one can answer it because there’s no receptionist.
